LIQUID GOLD

IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT PRINTER INK MIGHT BE THE MOST EXPENSIVE LIQUID YOU BUY. OVER THE LIFE OF YOUR PRINTER YOU MAY PURCHASE 4-5 LITRES OF INK - THIS BEING AT A COST OF AROUND $3000.

With the cost of petrol at an average of $2.00 per litre this puts the cost of ink right into perspective.

In this Newsletter we have an offer that will help ease this financial pain and for future purchases guarantee savings on your ink costs

What makes the printing process more economical?

After printing for a short period of time you will find trhat the cost of printer ink quickly surpasses the cost of your printer. Printer manufacturers are reknown for supplying their printers inexpensively knowing that they will make their money back on the printer consumables.

Here are some handy hints to help avoid paying out more for your consumables than you need;

  1. Make sure you purchase a printer that meets the speed, capacity and features required by your business. For example don't purchase a printer that provides colour if  you don't need it.
  2. Cost per page is the most important factor in determining the cost efficiency of your printer - and your ink. Always check the yield (number of pages) your printer's ink cartridge will produce before purchasing the printer - and certainly check this when buying the ink
  3. Go for 'XL' cartridge sizes whenever possible, the yield is higher
  4. Compatibles and remanufactured ink cartridges are a fraction of the cost of origpnals - with little or no print quality difference. The yield can be slightly lower so check this out to make sure the reduced cost is not compromised by a reduced yield
  5. All printers have an optimum monthly print load - and will consume more ink (and have more breakdowns) when this load is exceeded. Research your print requirement 'v' the printer's optimum load capacity - before purchasing the printer.
